Access Restrictions: Unverified Domains and Deleted Accounts

This document explains how user access and admin capabilities change when a domain is unverified and what happens to corporate users if an account is deleted.

  • If a domain is not verified, users can still perform actions based on the permissions already granted to them.

  • If domain not verified, you can't create or delete corporate users for that domain.

  • If an account is deleted, the user loses access to the account and its mailboxes but remains a corporate user. This means the user cannot create an account or delete their own profile.
