Corporate Account
Corporate Account is an account for company or team work in DocStudio.
Use it when multiple users need access to shared company resources and when access must be controlled by an administrator.
A corporate account is built around centralized administration. In this model, an account administrator can manage users, mailboxes, domains, and permissions from one place.
Corporate users work in the platform according to the permissions assigned to them. Access is not granted automatically to account data or mailboxes until an administrator configures it.
If a company domain is verified and activated, users with email addresses in that domain are automatically associated with that account. This applies both to existing users and to users who register later.
With a corporate account, administrators can:
verify and activate company domains
create single or multiple corporate users
grant account permissions
grant mailbox permissions
manage company mailboxes and other account settings
Use Corporate Account when:
you work as part of a company or team
you need shared administration
you need role-based access
you need to manage users and mailboxes at scale
