Automatic Workflow (AUTO Flow)

This document explains how AUTO flow determines the recipient processing order based on role types.

Ordering rules

1. Assignee is placed after Sender (or after the last Assignee) and before Signer.

2. Signer is placed after Assignee and before the first CC. If there is no Assignee, Signer is placed after Sender.

3. CC is placed after the last Signer. If there is no Signer, CC is placed after the last Assignee. If there are no roles except Sender, CC is placed after Sender.
