# How to Generate an Envelope Report in Mailbox

### Generate a report

Generate a report for the envelopes you select in **Mailbox**:

1. Open **Mailbox**.
2. Select the envelopes you want to include in the report.
3. Click the **Menu** ![](/files/6NooSdwz0ktut3AiV67I) icon.
4. Click the **Generate report** <img src="/files/UiJ4unoU2HVA8q5Ny6IL" alt="" data-size="line"> icon.
5. Click the <img src="/files/NHDciwaXYLCB0EUgPOLN" alt="" data-size="line"> button.
6. Open the email with the report.
7. Click **Download**.

The report is sent to your email. The download starts after you click **Download**.
