How to Set a Default Mailbox

This document explains how to set a default mailbox for envelopes sent by email.

When you send an envelope, you can choose both the specific mailbox and the recipient’s email. If you only provide an email address and have access to several mailboxes, the system will automatically send the envelope to your default one

Set default mailbox

  1. Open Menu in the top-right corner.

  2. Select User profile.

  3. Find Default mailbox and click it.

  4. Select the mailbox you want to set as default.

  5. Click the button.
