# How to Download a Full Envelope Archive

You can download signed documents after all participants with the **Signer** role complete their steps.

### Download a full archive from the envelope page

1. Make sure the envelope is completed.
2. Open the envelope.
3. Click the **Download** ![](/files/UyzGzZ12GGXYh8DKoL71) icon in the envelope header.
4. Wait until the ZIP archive downloads automatically.

### Download a single document archive

1. Make sure the envelope is completed.
2. Open the envelope.
3. Click the **Download** ![](/files/UyzGzZ12GGXYh8DKoL71) icon next to the document name.
4. Wait until the ZIP archive downloads automatically.

### What the archive contains

#### If you download a single document

The ZIP archive contains:

1. The document PDF.
2. The document XML.
3. The signing certificate PDF: `DocumentName.signatures.pdf`.
4. A printable PDF that includes:
   * the visual representation of all signatures
   * the signing certificate in the same file

`DocumentName` matches the name of the document you downloaded.

#### If you download the full envelope

The ZIP archive contains one folder for each document in the envelope.

Each folder contains:

1. The document PDF.
2. The document XML.
3. The signing certificate PDF.
4. The printable PDF.

The ZIP archive also contains `AuditTrail`.

### Download multiple envelopes

1. Open **Mailbox**.
2. Select the completed envelopes you want to download.
3. Click **More options** ![](/files/6NooSdwz0ktut3AiV67I).
4. Click **Download envelopes** ![](/files/UyzGzZ12GGXYh8DKoL71).
5. Click **Full archive**.
6. Wait until the download starts.
