# The Envelope Audit Trail

* **Status** — current envelope status.
* **Subject** — envelope subject.
* **Time zone** — time zone used for the dates and times in the Audit Trail.
* **Receive date** — date and time when the envelope was received.
* **Sender** — sender name and mailbox UUID.
* **Expiry date** — date when the envelope expires.
* **Envelope UUID** — unique envelope identifier.

#### Event information

* **Mailbox** — name and UUID of the mailbox associated with the event.
* **User** — name and UUID of the user who performed the action.
* **Type** — icon representing the event type.
* **Description** — recorded envelope event, such as **Envelope sent**, **Envelope received**, or **Envelope completed**.
* **IP address** — IP address from which the action was performed.
* **Location** — location associated with the recorded IP address.
* **System** — browser and operating system used to perform the action.
* **Date** — date and time when the event occurred.
