How to Configure Files Included in the Envelope Archive

This document explains how to configure an additional ZIP archive for a template version, and how to add, edit, or delete the configuration.

How to add the envelope archive files configuration

1. Open the template for editing.

2. In the right-side menu, open Template.

3. At the end of the template properties, click the button.

4. If the template has unsaved data, save the template first.

5. In the form, enter the configuration title (required).

6. Select the document structure you want to add to the archive.

7. Click the button.

How to edit the envelope archive files configuration

1. Open the configuration form again.

2. Make the changes you want.

3. Click the button.

How to delete the envelope archive files configuration

1. Open the configuration form again.

2. Click the button.

3. The configuration is deleted for this template version.
