# How to Add a Company Account to Your Profile
This document explains how to add another company account to an existing DocStudio profile.
### Register a company account
Use this flow when you already have a profile and want to add a separate company account.

1. Open your **User profile**.
2. Click the **Register company account** button.
3. Enter a new account name or keep the default name.
4. Enter the company ITN and mailbox name.
5. Select the **I agree with Terms and conditions and Privacy Policy** checkbox.
6. Click the button.
The company account is added to your profile.

DocStudio uses the language selected during company account registration as the default **Email notifications language** for the company account. This language is used for account invitations, recipient email messages, and the recipient interface by default.
Corporate users created in this company account inherit the company account localization settings unless they change them later.
