How to restrict envelope delegation

Restrict delegation so only recipients from the envelope flow can process it.

Restrict delegation in a template

1. Open the template in edit mode.

2. Enable Delegation is denied.

Template-level restriction applies to all envelopes created from that template. You cannot override it on the envelope level.

Restrict delegation for a single envelope

Use this option if delegation is not restricted on the template.

1. Open the envelope draft page.

2. Enable Delegation is denied.
