How to find an envelope that needs to be processed

Use Dashboard or Mailbox to find envelopes you need to process.

Check the dashboard

Open Dashboard and look for Waiting for you.

Check the mailbox

Open Mailbox and filter by Waiting.

If you still can’t find it

Check if you’re in the right mailbox. Switch mailboxes and look again.
