Role configuration interface
The role configuration interface for the AUTO flow contains the following information.
Role order is the role position in the list. It is available only if Set processing order is enabled.
Role name is shown to users in templates and envelopes. This field is required. The limit is 60 characters.
Role mailbox is the mailbox where the envelope will be sent. If you set it on the template level, you cannot change it on the envelope level.
You can specify one of the following options as a mailbox:
Specific mailbox. Search by mailbox name, alias, or UUID. You cannot change it on the envelope level.
Let sender set. The sender defines the mailbox or email on the envelope level.
Let sender set from contacts. Only mailboxes from contacts are available on the envelope level.
Specific role name in the current flow. The role inherits the mailbox or email from a parent role. You can search roles by name. You cannot inherit a role that already inherits another role.
Role names, including Sender, can be changed to any text value up to 60 characters.
Role type defines what actions the user must do in the envelope.
