Reorder roles by drag-and-drop.

You can build custom sequences. For example, place Signer before Assignee if the assignee has no actions in the current document and only uploads other documents.
Role order restrictions
Assignee cannot be placed after the first Signer.
Signer cannot be placed before the last Assignee.
Copy can be placed anywhere, but the step number must be 1 or higher.
If your template has external documents with e-ink signatures, place document uploader roles before roles that sign those documents.
