Envelope archive files configuration

A user with template editor permissions can configure one extra ZIP archive for a template version. The archive is available after the envelope is completed, and only one configuration can be set for the template version. Configuration can be created only for a saved template.

How to add the envelope archive files configuration?

1. Open the template for editing.

2. In the right side menu, open Template.

3. At the end of the template properties, click .

4. If the template has unsaved data, save the template first.

5. In the form, enter the configuration title (required).

6. Select the documents structure you want to add to the archive.

7. Click .

How to edit the envelope archive files configuration?

Open the configuration form again.

Make the changes you want.

Click .

How to delete the envelope archive files configuration?

Open the configuration form again.

Click .

The configuration is deleted for this template version.
