How to cancel several envelopes

You can cancel multiple envelopes from Mailbox.

You can cancel only envelopes in these statuses:

• In processing (only if you initiated the envelope)

• Waiting for you

Cancel several envelopes

1. Open Mailbox.

2. Select the envelopes you want to cancel.

3. In the table header, click (circle with a cross icon).

4. (Optional) Enter a comment in the modal.

5. Confirm the cancellation.

Result

After successful cancellation, all selected envelopes change to CANCELLED.

If you select envelopes in other statuses, you’ll see an error after confirmation.
