Use Danger Zone to delete your user profile.

This tab may be hidden by instance settings.

What gets deleted

If you delete your profile, accounts where you are Account owner can also be deleted along with related data.

To keep accounts and data, reassign the account owner before deletion.

Delete profile and delete accounts

1. Click .

2. In the modal, enter your email in UPPERCASE.

3. Click .

4. After deletion, you are logged out and redirected to the login page.

Delete profile but keep accounts

1. Assign a new account owner for every account where you are Account owner.

2. In Danger Zone, click .

3. In the modal, enter your email in UPPERCASE.

4. Enable Keep the account and mailboxes.

5. Click .

If any account still has you as the only owner, you’ll see an error message in the top-right corner.
