Deleting a mailbox is permanent.
Users lose access to the mailbox immediately.
A deleted mailbox cannot be restored.
The mailbox disappears from the mailbox list in the admin panel.
If a user tries to use a deleted mailbox:
the app returns error 410
the user is redirected to the first mailbox they can access
if the user has no mailbox access, they are redirected to User profile
In this state, only profile and admin pages remain available (if the user has access to any account).
