Invite participant to envelope by email from the draft page

You can invite participants to the envelope flow by email.

Participants invited by email must open the invitation link from the email to join the flow.

Invite a participant by email (from a draft)

1. Open an envelope draft without a predefined processing flow.

2. In the role field, enter the participant’s email address.

3. If the flow has inherited roles, the email is applied to them automatically.

4. Finish configuring the envelope.

5. Click .

6. In the confirmation modal, review the warning about sending to an email address.

7. Confirm to send the envelope.

When you enter an email address, you don’t need to select a mailbox from the dropdown.
