Document management

This page explains the main parts of the document editor UI.

The numbers below match the labels on the screenshot.

Document list / navigation panel

Shows all template documents. Lets you switch documents or add new ones.

Zoom control

Changes the zoom level for easier editing.

Paragraph style selector

Applies paragraph styles like headings and paragraphs.

Font selector

Changes the font family for selected text.

Font size

Changes the font size for selected text.

Text formatting tools

Applies formatting like bold, italic, underline, and colors.

Text alignment controls

Aligns text left, center, right, or justified.

Insert link / media / table

Inserts links, images, and tables.

Lists and indentation tools

Creates bulleted/numbered lists. Adjusts indentation.

Additional insert options

Opens more insert actions for extra blocks and components, such as break page and vertical slip.

Context menu

Opens extra actions, such as clone document, delete, define page size and page orientation.

Side panel navigation

Switches panels like Fields, Templates, and Flow.

Document workspace

The main area where you edit document content.
